CHICKEN TIKKA (INDIAN BBQ)

              Its a delicate indian oven cooked chicken. Which was marinated with hang curd and indian spices to give taste inner side of the chicken also. Its a dry dish you can use it as snacks you can call it indian BBQ also. From the charcoal it takes the taste. To give extra taste add some lemon juice and CHAT masala which you will get from any indian food shops. Bone apetit

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
INGREDIENT
boneless skinless chicken  600 gm
Marination paste
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground red pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp ginger paste1tsp garlic paste
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon salt 1ts Kashmir lal mirch




METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.       MARINATE CHICKEN WITH POWEDERED MASALA, CURD, LEMON JUICE AND GIGNER GARLIC PASTE. KEEP IT IN
2.       FREEZE FOR 2 HOURS. THEN TAKE IT OUT AND SORT IT IN SKEWER THEN COOK IT IN HOT TANDOOR.
3.       KEEP TURNING AND BASTING WITH BUTTER. TAKE IT OUT AFTER DONE. SPRINKLE SOME CHAT MASALA AND GARNISH WITH THINLY
4.       SLICED ONION AND SERVE IT WITH MINT CHUTNEY.
