SCHEZWAN SAUCE

SCHEZWAN SAUCE
INGREDIENT
 Sesame oil                             100ml
Red chilies                     3-4 nos
 Onions finely chopped           01 no
Garlic finely chopped   1tbsp
Ginger finely chopped  1tsp
Chili powder                  1tsp
Corn flour batter           2tsp
Vinegar                          1tsp
Soya sauce                    1/2tsp
Chili sauce                              1tsp
Salt                                 to taste
METHOD OF PREPRATION

Grind together the onions, garlic and ginger. Heats the oil in a wok add the whole red peppers and sauté over high heat till they darken a bit. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over high heat till glossy. Add the corn flour mixture and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and add the chili powder, vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well. Cook till well blended and use it as accompaniment.
