BESAN BARFI

INGREDIENT

Besan (chickpea flour)                        500 gms
Sugar                                       500 Gms
Cardamom Pd                         ¼ tsp

            Sauté the besan and cool it. Prepare 2 string sugar syrup. (Add a little water to sugar and boil it on low flame till it thickens. More you mix water more time it will take to become syrup. Use a little amount of milk to clean the syrup.) Add besan to it. Mix it well without making any lumps. Add cardamom Pd to it. After besan fully cooked take it out in any mould or tray. Level it with the help of spatula or roller pin. After fully cool cut it into diamond shape serve it in room temp.
