MYSORE PAK

INGREDIENT
Besan (chickpea flour)                        500gms
Refined oil                               1.5 liter
Sugar                                       750 Gms
Green cardamom Pd              ¼ tsp

            Take besan measure it strain it and keep it aside. Take exact 1.5 times sugar by measurement and prepare 1.5 strings syrup of it. While making syrup heat oil in another vessel. (Oil should be extremely hot close to burning temperature. Add besan to hot syrup and mix it very well without making any lumps. Add oil ladle by ladle. Add hot oil up to mixture leaves oil. Add some cardamom Pd to it in between. Spread the hot mixture in a mould or tray as your requirement. Cut it into as required size. After it cools down automatically it will stiffen. Take out the pieces and serve. 
             Note you can use desi ghee or dalda to make soft mysore pak also.
