CHICKEN IN RED WINE SAUCE

CHICKEN IN RED WINE SAUCE
INGRIDENTS

1 teaspoon                  olive oil
1 teaspoon                  garlic minced
800 Gms                     chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon                  paprika powder
50 gm                          brown sugar
100 ml                          red wine
1 tsp                                      white pepper powder
½ tsp                            salt

MOP

Heat oil in a large in a pan.  
Add garlic in oil and cook until golden brown. Now add chicken, and cook about 10 minutes on each side, till chicken 3/4th cooked. Drain if any extra oil is there. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and
 Brown sugar. Pour red wine around chicken. Cover, and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes; lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking.
Season with salt and pepper.  Serve hot.
