THAI GREEN VEG CURRY (IN HINDI)

THAI GREEN VEG CURRY

SAMAGRI :

            Mushroom                             - 100 gm
            Bamboo shoot                      - 50 gm
            Pockche                                - 50 gm
            Zuccini green                       - 200 
            Thai brinjal                            - 30g
            Lemon grass                         - ½ tea spoon
            Galangal                                - one piece (CHOTE)
            Basil                                       - 05 Nos
            Green curry paste                - 50 gm
            lime leaf                                 - 05 Nos
            Coconut milk                                    - 01 cup (coconut powder)
            Armot powder                       - ½ tea spoon
            White pepper                                    - ½ tea spoon
            Chini                                      - 01 tea spoon
            Salt                                         - swad bhar

BANANE KI VIDHI :

            Lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, basil  ko rough cutting katkar rakhiye. Mushroom ko haldi aur paani mein boil karke katkar rakhe. Thai brinjal ko halka boil karke fry kare. Kadhai mein tel garam karke usme galangal, lemon grass, basil, kaffir lime leaf dalkar saute kare. Green curry paste, Sabhi sabzi, haldi, namak, white pepper, armot powder, chini dalkar milaye. Phir coconut milk dalkar gadha hone tak pakhao. Phir  khane mein serve kare.
Note :  Is prakar chicken, fish, paneer, prawn bhi banaya ja sakta hai. Agar red curry, yellow curry banana ho to green curry ke paste ki jagapar red curry paste aur yellow curry paste istemal karsakte hein.
