VEG MANCHURIAN

VEG MANCHURIAN
INGREDIENT
For balls
100 grams                                                            Cabbage, finely chopped
50 grams                                                              Carrot, grated
50 grams                                                              Capsicum, finely chopped
50 grams                                                              Cauliflower, grated
01 tea spoon                                                      Garlic, chopped
01 tea spoon                                                      Green chilley, chopped
02 tbsp                                                                 Corn flour
500 ml                                                                   Refined oil (to deep fry)
¼ tea spoon                                                       Salt
½ tea spoon                                                       White pepper
½ tea spoon                                                       Sugar
01 tea spoon                                                      vinegar
01 table spoon                                                  Spring onion, chopped
SAUCE
50 grams                                                              Onion, chopped
01 tea spoon                                                      Garlic, chopped
01 tea spoon                                                      Green chilley, chopped
02 cups                                                                 Veg stock
¼ tea spoon                                                       Salt
½ tea spoon                                                       White pepper
½ tea spoon                                                       Sugar
02 table spoon                                                  Chilley sauce
01 tea spoon                                                      Soya sauce
02 tbsp                                                                 Corn flour, dissolved in water
01 tbsp                                                                 Spring onion, finely chopped
02 tbsp                                                                                 salad oil/refined oil
01 tsp                                                                    MSG/china salt/ajinamoto (optional)
MOP
                Add all ingredients for ball apart from oil make small small balls deep fry it in hot oil. Keep it aside on an absorbent paper.
                Heat oil adds chopped garlic and chilley. Now add onion sauté it till brown. Now add stock to it. Season it with salt, sugar and white pepper. Let it boil now add chili sauce and soya sauce again boil it. Add corn flour it to thick in consistency now add Manchurian balls. Serve it hot with the garnish of spring onion.
