HOME MADE MAYONNAISE SAUCE

HOME MADE MAYONNAISE SAUCE
INGREDIENT
50 grams                                             egg yolks
250 ml                                                 salad oil
10 ml                                                   vinegar
05 gram                                              mustard powder
05 grams                                             sugar
10 grams                                             white pepper powder
05 grams                                             salt
10 ml                                                   lemon juice
50 ml                                                   cream
MOP
take egg yolk, mustard powder, white pepper powder and sugar in a clean, dry stainless steel bowl. Mix them with a wooden spatula until sugar dissolves fully. Add salad oil drop by drop. In between mix vinegar whenever it thickens to loosen it and give a pleasant white colour. Finish with lemon juice and salt. Keep it in refrigerator to chill. Mayonnaise sauce/dressing is ready.
