BOONDI RAITA

BOONDI RAITA
INGREDIENT

100 grams                                          boondi salted, small balls made of gram flour
300 Gms                                             curd
½ tsp                                                  salt
½ tsp                                                  black salt
1/2 teaspoon                                      roasted cumin powdered
1 tsp                                                    Fresh coriander leaves, chopped  
½ tsp                                                  Red chili powder      
MOP
Whisk yogurt till smooth. Add salt, half the roasted cumin seed powder and half the chopped coriander leaves. Add boondi and mix well. Garnish with the remaining roasted cumin seed powder, coriander leaves and red chili powder and serve chilled.
