CORN SOUP (conti style)

CORN SOUP
INGREDIENT



100 gms                                 Corn kernels
100 gms                                 Creamed sweet corn  
2 tbsp                                     Butter        
1 tsp                                                  Garlic, chopped 
200 ml                                    Milk, boiled
1 tsp                                        Salt to taste
1 tsp                                        pepper powder (black or white as choice)
1 tbsp                                     fresh cream

MOP

          Heat butter in a large saucepan and sauté chopped garlic on medium heat for three minutes. Add fresh corn and one cup of water and cook till corn is soft. Add creamed sweet corn and stir. Mix milk with water and add to the corn mixture. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for a while. Add pepper powder and salt to taste. Finish with cream. Garnish with cream serve piping hot.
