LAUKI HALWA

800 gms                                  bottle gourd (lauki), grated
600 ml                                     milk
100 gms                                  sugar
50 gm                                      khova, grated
50 gm                                      dry fruit, jullene (almond, cashew, raisins)
½ tsp                                        green cardamom powder
MOP
            Great bottle gourd in water if not it will change the colour. Now boil grated bottle gourd in milk till fully dissolve. Now add sugar and 3/4th amount of khova cook it till water fully dissolve. Now add 3/4th dry fruit and cardamom powder. Garnish with remaining khova and dry fruit.
