FOODIE MEET UP OF HOMP (ROCKY & MAYUR) BANGALORE


On  7th day of december some enhuastic foodies of banalore inspired by ROCKY & MAYUR (HIGHWAY ON MY PLATE) gathered in ALI BABA CAFE & RESTAURANT, Frazer town, bangalore.

They enjoyed totally a unique menu because which restaurant they choosed to have to food is lanten themed, arbic style and full of antic pieces. Food is unique bhatkali food menu consist of TAUSHA LOUNGE, KALINGA SHORBET, SOUP E JOO, HUMMUS KHUBUS, ARBIC ASSORTED KEBABS, SHAIYA BIRYANI & ended up with some MORROCAN MINT TEA.
Now coming to the BHATKALI cuisine. Bhatkal is a place called in the coastal belt of karnataka. Where this cuisine invented by NAVAYATI people. The city of bhatkal used as a harbour for the persians as a trade centre. They gradually settled there and married local womans and the new version came with mix language, artitecture, style of living and last but the important food. In bhatkali cuisine you will found the touch of ARBIC, PERSIAN, IRANIAN, JAIN and indian touch also. So they enjoyed their lunch a lot.
