25 of India's Biggest Chefs Cookbook in Bangalore unveiled by Metro

   METRO Cash & Carry is spread with 750 self-service wholesale stores in 26 countries.     India’s most trusted seller METRO Cash & Carry launched '25 of India's Biggest Chefs’ on 14th Feb 2016.  The book compiles about and recipes of 25 finest chefs of India.  Written by Dr Saagarika Ghoshal, Director - Human Resources at METRO Cash & Carry India, The cookbook was launched in the city by Dr Ghoshal, at a spectacular event hosted by METRO to honour the country’s best chefs.

The beautifully crafted recipes use readily available ingredients, require little effort and taste amazing.  Chef Manjit gill’s video message was outstanding.

   The event was attended by some top food bloggers in Bangalore and top chefs of India. On the occasion, Dr Saagarika Ghoshal also honoured chefs from across the hospitality industry for their unique creative contributions. Included chefs Abhijit Saha, Kunal Kapoor, Sabyasachi Gorai and Vicky Ratnani, among others. Finishing off the event was an informal culinary demo by award-winning Indian chef Sabyasachi Gorai.
