Licious Chef's table (Bento Box) - Slurp Studio

Totallylicious it's the # tag used for this event. I know you already heard so many good things about Licious.
Licious is a unique concept in the Indian Food industry; started to solving the existing problem of finding safe, delectable, trustworthy fresh meat in India. At Licious they ensure that your order is high on optimum flavor and freshness, hand-cut by expert butchers, securely packed and delivered in 90 minutes. Licious aims at being the first and last resort for all of  the meat cravings - be it fresh juicy tender chicken, or succulent lamb chops or fresh from the sea, fish. 'putting a smile on your face by giving you nothing but the best, from farm to fork! The brand gives you access to fresh, high quality, premium meat, whenever you want it. This is the mission of Licious team.
In the chef's table event, Mr. Abhay Hanjura started about the company and previous events of Licious. after that, Mr. Vivek Gupta Co-Founder of the venture covered about the remaining thing. Now my man came to the scene Chef Joe Manvalan. It's nice to know that he is also from the pastry background same as I.

Served some finger foods and beverages including cheese balls, meat balls and mysore Bhaji. Enjoyed with some of top food bloggers of Bangalore.

After that, the main event started we got a chance to cook with the marinated portions of Licious. In that, some of the stuff are like Caribbean jerk chicken. Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a very hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice. Jerk seasoning principally relies upon two items allspice and Scotch bonnet peppers. Other ingredients cloves, cinnamon, scallions, nutmeg, thyme, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, and salt. Believe me, the marinated poultry by Licious is great to taste.

Next one was Malai chicken tikka. But chef twisted the recipe by adding cream cheese to it instead of Cream in the traditional recipe.

I have heard and made Hara Bhara kebab which is a vegetarian snack. But something new for me in the form of Hara Bhara Chicken. Large breast pieces marinated in Indian spices with the addition of Coriander, Mint and Green chilly. I know your mouth started dripping. Believe me or not it's the attraction of the evening.
Priyanjana and I prepared slow cooked peri peri chicken with some new additions to it. Thanks, Priya helping me out. But the recipes should go inside the bento box. Got to know at the finishing level of the cooking.

Their Bento Box Concept really attracted me a lot. Because of the Microwave suitable box. Starting from the design, foldable spoon and adjustable partitioner.
I must say all non-veg lovers will love this concept.  #TotallyLicious meat you can find only at Licious. They are covering almost main localities of Bangalore. In near future they will spread their wings in term of operation.
Wish to share some more happy moments of the event caught on my lens.
