Bangalore Team
The Brunch session was started with Ms Shagufta's detailed information about their brand and product. They are maintaing a high level of hygiene and sanitation in their all kitchens. With different cooking equipment and preparation as well. Their marination process is also developed by their R & D team. Which was most attracted point for me marination process takes only 35 minutes which was a miracle for me. After that also I can taste the even spice level in all part of poultry.
After that service of nicely cooked food was started.  Chef Prabhmeet taken charge to helped us with his food and its minute details. Before this job he use work with Nestle Professional.
They are changing their brand name to FIVE STAR CAFE was done with a view to attract more vegetarians and dilute the typical image of it being a meat-lovers' hub.
Food (The most important thing)
I have to write a long blog this time because of their tasty food sorry readers please forgive me for that.

Started the journey with THAI CRISPY BUCKET. Chicken was really juicy from inside again crispy from outside. Not an authentic Thai for the Indian taste buds they redesigned the recipe but you can taste the Thai flavour in it with Thai chilly and kaffir lime leaf. I though they used grounded corn flakes for the outer layer but chef proved me wrong. Must try for chicken lovers per pc will cost you around 44/- INR. The main attraction for health freaks is there is no oil at all if you keep it on your plate as well. Personally requested to know the magic but it's their business secret which I wish to add in my recipes.
After that they served something looks similar but this time with the Indian touch with that they named that as CRUNCYH MASALA. One pc will cost you around 48/- INR.

I am not a great fan of burgers but their CP VEG BURGER & CP CHICKEN BURGER was a big heat because of their juicy patty and good quality bun. Burgers will cost you 52/- INR and 70/- INR respectively.

Its surprise again to get some good quality ALOO PARATHA with some outsourced pickle at their outlet. Soft in nature with yummy stuffing.

MASALA FRIES made everyone happy and anxious as well as about their recipe. Because of its prolonged crispness and taste. In so many outlets I have observed it will be soggy after sometime but this time I have tasted them after 25 minutes also the taste is same. Hats off to your R & D guys.

Rolls I have tried and tested in every corner of the country. This VEG ROLL is just out of the world with a tasty outer layer. Stuffing was so innovative it's not like some masala they have used patty to stuff it. Really nice must try for the vegetarians.

CHICKEN BIRYANI I will say above average one. They are not very much good in it but try able. It may be because of my love for Hyderabad biryani.

Then I have found something unique in taste CHESSE CORN NUGGETS. Oh man I can visit their store on daily basis to try only this dish. Please please please try it once I can assure you it will be best of your foodie life.

Chef Prabhmeet served some CHICKEN POPCORN as well. Well balanced with spice and crispy as well.

Event was a grand success with Five Star Cafe’s warm hospitality and great quality food. The event was not completed without a nice groupie. So here it is with FBAB members and Five Star Cafe personnel’s.
