Zzungry A Special way to deal with your Hunger

 ZZungry is a new solution if you are hungry. Subash Baliga, Sandeep Rana and Ashish Kalya are not from the same city but they have a mutual passion for food. So Started their food venture. It was a nice set up at Chai Patty, Indiranagar.Especially thanks to Mr. Chirag Yadav our own Chai wala who well organised the 17th FBAB Meet up at his place. Zzungry’s food packaging technology is really good with the microwave friendly boxes with an outer box. Which denotes to eat it freshly and with a round mark green for veg and red for non-veg.They are not serving dal at all as per them mom only can make the best dal in the world. They are trying to cover almost everything from the Indian map which is famous in that region. Event witnessed some top and best food bloggers of bangalore.

  Subash had already tried his hand with 2 food ventures already. Observed 2 types of food segment one is five start which is giving really good quality food at a high cost which is not affordable another the mid eats promising affordable rates without providing best quality food. The idea clicked to provide the best quality food at the affordable price that is the stepping stone of Zzungry.  Sandeep joined hands with him who have completed his IHM and IIM. Who have a well-settled job because of his passion for food Left the well-paying job and started Zzungry to achieve the goal.  “Why to pay for the five start experience when I am not using them.” Ashish started his childhood in Udaipur which is well known for it’s rich hospitality, He is not happy with his high paying job in the top real estate ltd after his IIM. Ashish is very clear with the idea of serving the authentic Indian food.

   Tandoori Malai Broccoli – is their one of the signature dish. You can’t relate broccoli with the Indian food. But they dared to mix Broccoli with white rich gravy and they succeeded in that.
   Paneer Tikka -  Real soft and juicy. Marinated well. Cooked at the exact temperature of the Indian over (Tandoor).
   Veg Shabnam Curry – It’s a rich version of mix veg curry. Goes well with paratha or flavoured rice. I liked the gravy much.
   Ajwain Hing Paratha – Paratha well balanced with Ajwain (Caraway seed) and Hing (asafoetida).
   Nachini Bhutta paratha – Stuffed with corn which is a delight for corn lovers.
