Chicken Tikka - Hindi

CHICKEN TIKKA
Samagri
Chicken, Boneless                                     200 gm

Adrak Lehsun ka paste                             35 gm
Nimbu                                                        01 no
Butter, pighla hua                                     20 gm
Gadha dahi                                                50 gm

Kashmiri lal mirch pd                               15 gm

Garam masala pd                                     10 gm
Kasoori methi pd                                      05 gm

        Namak                                                       Swad bhar
                       Chat Masala                                              10 gm                        Pyaz, aadha ring cutting me kata hua                50 gm

Banane ki Vidhi

1      Chicken ko dhokar saaf karo aur 1.5 se 2 inch me kato. Gadha dahi me adrak lehsun paste, garam masala pd, kashmiri mirch pd, kasoori methi pd, nimbu ka ras aur namak ko dalkar gadha ghol tayar karo.
      Kata hua chicken ko gadha ghol me dal kar 2 ghata tak marination karo. 

Seekh me lagao. 

Garam tandoor me sunhara rang aane tak pakao.

      Bahar nikalo chat masala aur righ cutting pyaz se sajao. Khane me garam garam serve karo.


Note:- Chicken ke sath pyaz aur shimla mirch bhi paka kar serve kar sakte hai.
