Fish Finger - Hindi

FISH FINGER


Samagri

Machali, Boneless 200 gm
                                          
Anda   01 no

                                          

Adrak lehsun ka paste  20 gm


Nimbu  01 no

Parsley, barik kata hua 10 gm

Tel, deep fry karne ke liye  300 ml

Safed mirch(White Pepper) pd  10 gm

Sarson(Mustard) ka pd  ½ tsp

Bread ka chura (Bread Crumb) 50 gm

Sirka (Vinegar)  25 ml

Maida(Refined Flour) 10 gm

Namak  swad bhar


Banane ki Vidhi

                 Machali ko 1.5 inch finger cutting me kat kar viegar me milakar dhulai karo.
      Ek bartan me anda, sarson ka pd, safed mirch pd, adrak lehsun ka paste, nimbu ka ras, maida, barik kata hua parsley aur namak dal kar ghol tayar karo.
         Finger kata hua machali ko ghol me dalo aura chi tarah milao.
          Machali ke tukdo par bread ka chura lagao.
Garam tel me dalkar deep fry karo.

Tartare sauce ke sath khane me serve karo.

The fish finger was originated in America as fish sticks you may find different variants of this as well. You can easily find them in supermarkets frozen packed food section. You can fry, bake or grill them. I have tried to give slight Indian touch to it. If you try with Surmai (Seer or king fish) you will get the good taste.
